"Benazir Bhutto was lionhearted, fearless to say the least; perhaps even, some say, to the point of being rash. She was passionately committed to the defence of her beliefs. Only a day before her death in Peshawar, prophetic to the point of giving one the shivers, , she had said, being a Muslim she does not fear death, as it has to happen one day adding, "We have to live like lions not a life of jackals."
She went down like a lion in battle protecting her Pride. Not protected and unable to protect herself! Not even having a second to flinch. The jaws of a cruel death overpowered her. She succumbed to the Indomitable Will, surrendering His gift as the ultimate sacrifice for her country and its people."
